Job Type: Seasonal Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Varies based on show schedule. Dates Remaining: Friday 9/25 Saturday 9/26 Thursday 10/1 WE WILL BE CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS FROM 10:00 AM-2:00 PM ON WEDNESDAY 9/23 AT THE BRANSON JOB CENTER LOCATED AT 2720 SHEPHERD OF THE HILLS EXPRESSWAY Key Responsibilities Ushers Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner Verify tickets and direct guests to appropriate seating or areas Assist with crowd flow and maintain clear entry/exit pathways Provide information on event amenities, schedules, and policies Monitor assigned sections to ensure safety and compliance Ticketing Staff Scan and validate tickets using handheld devices or systems Handle will-call distribution and troubleshoot ticketing issues Provide clear instructions to guests entering the venue Manage lines efficiently to reduce wait times Maintain accuracy and accountability for ticket transactions Event Operations Staff Assist with event setup and teardown (equipment, signage, seating, etc.) Support logistics including vendor coordination and material movement Monitor event areas for safety hazards and report issues Provide general event support as directed by supervisors Ensure adherence to event timelines and operational standards Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required Work Environment Outdoor event venue High-energy, fast-paced atmosphere with large crowds Physical activity required (standing, walking, lifting light equipment) Performance Expectations Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with client expectations Maintain safety, compliance, and operational efficiency Support seamless event execution from entry to exit Penmac Staffing is and Equal Opportunity Employer. #pennixa #J-18808-Ljbffr
